This Thursday, Style Statement will be publishing our interview with The Happiness Project’s Gretchen Rubin! Gretchen’s wonderful book about the year she spent trying out different philosophies and approaches to happiness is #1 on the New York Times bestseller list … and it was published only two months ago. Yay Gretchen!
To celebrate, we’ll be running a Twitter contest this week (@Style_Statement) where the first winner will receive a copy of The Happiness Project book, and the second will win a full Style Statement one-to-one session with Carrie (value $400!).
All you have to do is respond to this lovely question using #stylehappy:
“What do you wear, do, or think every day that gives you happiness?”
If you don’t already follow Style Statement on Twitter, this is a great time to jump on board … there’s a Follow icon on the right of this page where you can do so easily. And when you include #stylehappy in your response, you’re automatically entered in the contest. Winners will be chosen by Carrie this Friday!

Yay, this means you’re going to start tweeting again, right? Even just a sweet word every day or two = delight! I’m following you now, and I couldn’t resist throwing my happiness hat out too. Hope you’ll get some good #stylehappy responses and maybe post the collection on here.
Back to happy work — this time an array of client words requiring rearranging and a bit of a new style and attitude while I’m at it.
Tweet with intention & style is our motto! Happy Happy work E.
Wonderful! I can’t wait to read the interview. Currently I’m on Chapter 10 (October | Pay Attention | Mindfulness) of The Happiness Project and I’m LOVING it.
