How to create your To Do List with Style Statement as a guide.
- Divide a page in half. Write the first word of your Style Statement (80% – foundation word) at the top of the left half and your second word (20% –creative twist) at the top of the right half of the page.
- List your To Do items under one word or the other, remembering that your first word is about your roots you and your second word is about your wings.
- First Word: What can you do today that will help you to feel grounded, that’s reflective of the definition of your first word?
- Second Word: What can you do and how can you be, though perhaps scary, to move you forward? Review your definition. Note that since we usually repress our second word, go ahead and challenge yourself to do something expressive today: wear bold red lipstick or call the cute guy for a coffee date or treat yourself to a yoga class.
Focusing on the right things to do for you creates the biggest, best results!
